Enrol Online

One enrolment form must be filled out per child enrolling.

The information you give to the School Office will be passed on to the Principal/Deputy Principal. The Principal's Secretary will contact you to make an appointment.

Please note, in order to process your child's enrolment, we will require from all New Zealand residents:

  • Birth Certificate
  • Certificate of Baptism
  • Preference of Enrolment

If either the child or the parents were not born in New Zealand there may be additional documentation required – please contact the Principal's Secretary for details.

Both parents/caregivers are encourage to attend the enrolment interview; however, it is not necessary for the child to attend, although you are welcome to bring him/her to show them around the school grounds.

Special Character Agreement

We understand that by attending St Mary's Catholic School we agree to support the school's special character teachings and extra curricular activities. Special character teachings include: saying prayers, taking part in religious education and attending the school support Mass services. Extra curricular activities include (as applies to the appropriate year level of the student): sports (inter-house, inter-school, athletics), camps (Y5, Y6) and day trips (junior/middle/senior school). Having carefully considered the obligations implied by this undertaking we agree to these conditions (both parents are required to agree).
