A quick email to wish you all a happy Easter. Thank you for your support and feedback as we work our way through the lockdown. It was great that you responded quickly to the survey we sent you to see if your child is able to access online learning. Most of our children will be able to carry on learning online on Wednesday. A very small number of our children, because of internet access issues in their area, will receive, in due course, learning packs from the Ministry of Education, so they can carry on with their learning.
The teachers have been busy working in their teams to make sure that they will be able to deliver a great learning programme to your children which will start next Wednesday. It is certainly going to be a different way of learning for our children.
Because we are in the middle of a lockdown we have been unable to celebrate Palm Sunday and Holy Week together as a school community. We have been able to link into reflections, retreats and Masses from Parish updates from Father Eamon and also from the Diocesan website. We are able to stream daily mass celebrated by Bishop Steve. There is a link for Easter Liturgies and Masses below.
I hope you all enjoy celebrating Easter together in your bubbles and we look forward to starting school online next Wednesday.
