Attendance Dues
Attendance Dues are currently $77.00 per pupil per term or $308.00 per pupil per year.
The collection of attendance dues is centralised through the: Catholic Integrated Schools Office,
PO Box 4353, Hamilton East,
Phone (07) 856-6989.
Accounts are invoiced and payable for the full year in term one. Invoices will be mailed to the address you have supplied to the school. If you wish to make alternative arrangements to pay the attendance dues (eg. regular automatic payments) you are able to indicate this on the enrolment form.
It is important to understand that attendance dues do not go towards the running of the school, the parish, or the support of our Priests. They are collected from all the schools in the Hamilton Diocese and go into a common fund to maintain and develop all the Catholic Schools of the Hamilton Diocese.
St Mary's has a policy that children should not be excluded from the school because a parent cannot afford all or part of the fees. In this event, we would be happy to discuss some alternative arrangement. Please contact the Principal or the Parish Priest.
